ABOUT TEXAS PREMIER TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE, INC.

Texas Premier Technology Institute, Inc., (TPTI) is a Texas, Non-Profit Corporation – Licensed Career School of Texas (S4597) established to prepare students for the burgeoning Information Technology industry. 

Our integrated instruction and programs prepare students to excel in the competitive world of technology. Upon completion, TPTI students are also prepared to take exams offered by our partners - Microsoft and CompTIA.

TPTI students can work toward a wide range of certifications as they are guided and taught by our certified instructors, all of whom are experienced subject matter experts.

PROGRAMS 

TPTI programs have been strategically constructed to incorporate relevant industry insight, trends and demand, coupled with a learning style that offers students a "uniquely you" approach. Our programs also prepare students to take associated exams from our Academy Program Partners - CompTIA and Microsoft IT Academy.

CAREER SERVICES

TPTI Career Services provides students with many job preparation and placement strategies equipping students with tools and resources necessary in securing those available opportunities in the marketplace including:

• Resume Assistance 
• Interview Coaching
• Communications Training
• Job Board Profile Creation
• Job Placement Assistance

SCHOLARSHIP ELIGBILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

This Scholarship shall be awarded to individuals who reside in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with a dependent child who are identified as low-income, youth up to the age of 24 who are part of a low-income family, or individuals with a dependent child that are at risk of becoming dependent on public assistance benefits to achieve self-sufficiency.

Eligible participants are the following:

• Low-income individual with a dependent child who:
  • Receives at least one of the following benefits:
    • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF);
    • Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP);
    • Children’s Health Insurance Program;
    • Income-based subsidized childcare through the Child Care and Development Fund;
  • Eligible for or receives subsidized public housing assistance;
  • Participates in:
    • Women Infants and Children program (WIC); or
    • Free or reduced-cost lunch based on income;
• Is eligible for, or enrolled in, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act youth services;
• Individuals who earn less than $37,000 annually with a dependent child;
  • Married with a household income of less than $37,000 annually with a dependent child;
• Youth up to the age of 24 who resides at home and are a part of a low-income family; or, a parent, including a non-custodial parent.

Please be prepared to provide one of the following supporting documentation when requested.

• TANF and/or SNAP Benefit Award Letter
• Unemployment (UI) Benefits Award Letter
• Children's Birth Certificate if not receiving TANF or SNAP
• Social Security Card / eligibility to work in the US if not receiving TANF/SNAP or UI benefits.
• Check stubs with a Year-to-Date earnings if not receiving any TANF/SNAP or UI benefits.

Unfortunantely, you do not qualify for this Scholarship at this time.
